what's going on this weekend?

Hey guys...I'm taking a much-needed day off today, but just wanted to pass on a few nightlife suggestions:

*Don't forget Whisky Bent takes the stage for Friday's concert series on the 1100 block of Broadway. The free show is 7-10 p.m.

*If you haven't checked out The Roadhouse (formerly Knockin' Boots), this is a good weekend to do so. I recently learned the rock bar lets ladies in free until 11 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. Otherwise, cover is $5. Aclarion takes the stage Friday, The Letters perform Saturday. Both shows start at 10 p.m.

*And finally, just because I'm feeling sexist, I'll remind you of another no-cover ladies special. Saturday is still Little Black Dress night at cigar and martini bar Belloo's. Ladies in black dresses get free admission, plus a $10 gift certificate for the bar.
