Hey party people...I'm posting this weekend's offerings a little early, as I'll be taking a three-day weekend.

My No. 1 pick this weekend? The official grand opening of The Roadhouse, the downtown rock bar that's been open for about a month now. Entertainment comes courtesy of Splendid Chaos, a Southeast-based rock and metal band that sounds like acts such as Fuel and Nickelback. The show starts at 10 p.m. and cover is $5.
